Cancellation and Refund Policy For Paypal Clients:
1.1 Both "parties" agree that Bio2Business has the right to postpone the planned date of the event to any date within 12 months of the planned date of the event. Both "parties" agree that any such postponement of the event within the timeframe does not constitute cancellation of the event.
1.2 Given cancellation of the event by Bio2Business after the 12-month window to postone the event as described in clause 1.1, Bio2Business will make every effort to refund the client up to 100% of the value of the package purchased. Bio2Business can make no guarantee that a refund will be made available to the client and the refund value will be determined at Bio2Business's descretion, depending on the circumstances of the cancelled event and the ongoing financial position of the company. If you feel that you have a claim for a refund, then please contact us within 3 months of notification of an event cancellation.
Privacy Policy For Paypal Clients:
2.1 With respect to Paypal, Bio2Business Ltd seeks only to collect information to confirm a financial transaction through Paypal. Bio2Business does not store financial details.
2.2 Bio2Business Ltd will retain details offsite of the individuals attending a Bio2Business Event, and the company represented by said individuals, insofar as maintaining records of the Event, and identifying individuals to inform about the Event or subsequent Bio2Business services. This does not include any form of financial information.
2.3 Personal information for a Bio2Business Event is not stored on this website.
