Abstract: BioConnection is a Dutch contract drug product development and manufacturing organization for the development and GMP manufacture of injectable (bio)pharmaceutical products. Our capabilities are: Fill & Finish (vials, syringes, ampoules) for clinical trial and commercial purposes - freeze drying - lyo-cycle development and/or optimization - analytical development & validation - stability studies - Clinical Trial Material services (eg. labeling, packaging, storage & distribution) - Development and GMP drug product manufacture of complex formulations (e.g. microspheres, nanoparticles, liposomes). BioConnection is very well positioned to support (bio) pharmaceutical companies in bringing their inventions from the lab bench to the clinic and/or to the market. BioConnection offers services from its own facility and through our trusted partners.). Our own state-of-the-art GMP facility (Oss, the Netherlands) has an excellent manufacturing and regulatory track record (EMA and US-FDA).
Description: BioConnection is a privately owned contract services and manufacturing organization based in Oss, The Netherlands. We specialize in services pertinent to the development and drug product manufacture (filling & freeze drying) of injectable (bio)pharmaceutical products. BioConnection was founded in 2005 through Dutch government initiatives. We started in 2005 as a small team without a facility, providing development and manufacturing services in co-operation with our network partners. Since then we’ve grown to a mid size service provider with (as of 2016) our own state of the art GMP drug product production facility, a healthy revenue generation and a solid global customer base. Our customers are mainly small and mid-size biotech and pharma companies worldwide. Our own state of the art facility has an excellent manufacturing and regulatory track record (EMA and US-FDA) and provides clinical trial material and commercial product supply in both vials (liquid and freeze-dried) and syringes. In addition to our own facility, we work with a number of trusted partners who are experts in their field. In this way we can provide tailor made solutions to our customers. In addition, BioConnection provides comprehensive and dedicated Program Management services covering all aspects of Drug Product manufacturing and development. We have experience in working with various products, ranging from small molecules to biopharmaceuticals and complex formulations. We have the means and expertise to bring your invention from the lab bench through the clinic and to the market.
